Our Hard White Spring Wheat Berries are fresh and family-farm raised. All the wheat that we clean and bag is raised by us, so we know exactly what goes into each berry. We plant the berries in early spring on our farm in the clean high mountains of Delta, Utah.

The buckets are food grade quality and sealed with oxygen packets. These are great if you plan on storing your wheat. When stored in a cool, dry place, the wheat will remain good for many years.

Not a fan of the bag. When I cut it to open it, it breaks apart and gets bag pieces into the berries. Otherwise, great fresh product.
I love these wheat berries. My bread is so fluffy and yummy. I won't buy any other wheat berries.

Its really nice grain, especially for the price. I have ordered from Dave's Fsrm twice and will continue to do so. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is, there is a good bit of and brown berries that you have to pick out or grind up , especially compared to other (more expensive) companies.
