Our Hard Red Fife Wheat Berries are fresh, and family-farm raised. All the wheat that we clean, and bag is raised by us, so we know exactly what goes into each berry. We plant the berries in early spring and they grow in the clean high mountains of Delta, Utah.

The buckets are food grade quality and sealed with oxygen packets. These are great if you plan on storing your wheat. When stored in a cool, dry place, the wheat will remain good for many years.

My grain was very dirty with other stuff I had to pick out. I emailed the company about it and they said it was normal for this grain. I also don't think it works well for my breads and recipes. I am switching back to hard white.
Grains came in cute bags, love milling them knowing my family will get healthy grains, not store bought chemically induced shelf life stabilized.
Second time ordering and didn't disappoint. Was efficient and messaged when there was a problem with the order so it could be taken care of promptly. Product once again is amazing. Ive ordered from a couple other places in between that turned out disappointing and returned back here and once again my favorite place.
