Our Hard Red Spring Wheat Berries are fresh, and family-farm raised. All the wheat that we clean, and bag is raised by us, so we know exactly what goes into each berry. We plant the berries in early spring, and they grow in the clean high mountains of Delta, Utah.

The buckets are food grade quality and sealed with oxygen packets. These are great if you plan on storing your wheat. When stored in a cool, dry place, the wheat will remain good for many years.

I used to buy them locally but the middleman charges more and I like dealing directly with the farmer. Also that way I can be assured that there is no glyphosate in my food source. I make bread everyday and need a reliable supplier like Dave.
