Our Soft White Winter Wheat Berries are fresh, and family-farm raised. All the wheat that we clean, and bag is raised by us, so we know exactly what goes into each berry. Our soft white wheat berries mill into a light, delicate flour that's perfect for everyday baking. Soft white is great for homemade pastries, cookies, muffins, pancakes, cakes, pie crusts, crackers, and soft sandwich breads.
